Testing Sign in with Apple while supporting iOS 12

When we enabled the capability for our app for Sign in with Apple in our App ID Configuration, it caused a provisioning profile failure in app versions that do not support Sign in with Apple - specifically iOS 12. So how do we continue developing and releasing for iOS 12 while we develop and test Sign in with Apple for iOS 13?

How does Apple relay email work with business partners?

If I share an Apple relay email address provided to my app with a partner that also has independently registered their domains and emails, can they email the address provided to me? If not, is there a way to allow registering a business partner domain with your domain? For example if a customer books a flight in an app and also purchase travel insurance for the flight in that app, and before Sign in with Apple, the issuance company would email the customer separately from the travel agency to confirm both purchases. How will both emails be sent with Sign in with Apple?
