Installing Configuration Profile on Apple TV 4K

Since the USB-C port was removed, how can I install the configuration profile on the Apple TV 4K to enable beta versions?

CloudKit consistently feels up my hard drive, >100 GB

I immediate clear it, then it doesn't take long before it fills up again. I have a 1 TB drive. This started happening a few beta's back. It's frustrating because I can't download my VM's from the iCloud due to no room.
