I put a supervised Apple TV in sigle app mode. Things were working fine until I unplugged the device from power. After replugging power, the designated app restarted correctly, but the Apple TV lost its pairing with the Mac I previously used for the configuration and there is not way to make it visible again. Choosing paired devices from the Apple Configurator 2 won't show anything.Even unplugging or trying a reset via remote (menu+home for 6 seconds) won't improve the situation: the Apple TV just restarts with the designated app and won't show up among paired devices.Even Xcode won't show the Apple TV among connected devices. Is there any way to exit from this ? Is there a way to force disable single app mode ? (so to at least gain access to Apple TV's settings menu)

Hi there! This is whats going on. I developed a tvOS app, compiling and loading on the device works fine. I then have to compile the same project for submission. First, if I look among all the certificates, I can find certificates for iOS distribution, Mac App Distribution, etc. but there is no certificate for tvOS distribution. Should I use the iOS distribution certificate? When I then create a provisioning profile for tvOS I then have the chance to use an iOS distribution certificate, so the above it's probably correct. When I open the Xcode project and I try to select the provisioning profile I created Xcode says "Provisioning profile *** doesn't include signing certificate "Apple Development: yyyy (ID of developer)". Why is it searching a Development certificate when using a distribution certificate?

I need to set Single App Mode on an Apple TV 4K, therefore just network connection is there.Using Configurator 2 I select the Apple TV and then click PrepareOptions selected are: Manual configuration; supervise devices; allow devices to pair. Do not enroll in MDMClick prepare and confirm eraseDevice inits restore procedure, Configurator displays "preparing.. " dialogApple Tv starts configuration procedure- after configuration is done dialog "preparing... " is still there and won't go away- click cancel on Mac to dismiss dialog (sometimes waited 10 minutes for it to go away)- Apple Tv is not paired anymore and won't show up among supervised devicesAlso tried to restore Apple TV to factory settings and immediately after restore start procedure, bu same results.Did anyone have success in preparing an Apple TV 4K and setting Single App Mode via network ? Had same results with tvOS 11.3, 11.4 and 12 (beta 8 and 9)

Is it possible to force disable single app mode ? (so to at least gain access to Apple TV's settings menu, even wiping out the device)
