Can I have different binaries for the same App for different Countries?

We want to have different binaries for the same App (with the same App ID), for different Countries. For example, we want to have a binary for Mexico and another binary for the rest of the world. Can we deploy this through the App store? Thanks

Need to have different binaries for the same App for several Clients that expect a custom look & feel

Hi, We have an App on the store, and our Clients are looking for us to provide customized version of this app with their own look & feel. Is there any way we can create different Apps on the store, without Apple reporting the app as Spam? Each Client wants to have their own copy of the App due to branding. Thanks
