Sounds with volume off

How is the Facebook app able to make sounds when the user clicks on things with the sound on the device completely off? Does the API really allow this? Doesn’t this violate some UI standard that Apple should be enforcing apps to follow?

how to enable bigint in technology preview?

The release notes for various Technology Preview releases indicate there's support BigInt, literals, js etc. But I must be missing something because it doesn't work for me (Release 68). I couldn't find a toggle for it under Expiremental Features or anywhere in the Preferences menu. Help?
