Unfortunately we have been seeing incidents with notarisation "In Progress" being stuck as well occasionally lately. Our notarisation runs as part of our CI system and has been working well for several years. In the past month throughout a single day (15th of January), as well as today, we have seen binaries being stuck for many hours. Last time, the situation resolved itself later in the day. We have little information as the developer status page has not been reporting any issues for notarisation.
