User Profile

I have a iphone 12 pro max and the keyboard will not come up at all. It just shows done at the bottom of the screen but the keyboard will not show. i have tried everything.. it started on my iphone xr and now its doing it on the new phone. it will come up for a few days and then it won't... i have apple care but when i went to the apple store for help it worked so they didn't know what to tell me. now i am home and off wifi it isn't working again. this is so frustrating for me as i can't sign into amazon or even type in the box's on the amazon app either..
