When I go to the following ad network registration page, I get a message that I do not have permission to view the page. (As a company, we are registered in the Apple developer program and I have been assigned the role of developer.) https://developer.apple.com/contact/request/ad-network-id/ How many permissions do I need to open the registration form and register?
