Hi, we're updating our server certificates and have a few questions:
1.Parallel Certificates
Can we run both the old and new certificates concurrently during a transition period to prevent service interruptions?
2.Date and Time Zone
Is the date (February 24, 2025) specified in U.S. time, or does it refer to another time zone?
3.Troubleshooting in Production
Our sandbox tests were successful. If issues arise in production, what troubleshooting steps should we follow?
