I’ve tried playing back videos on my iPhone X running iOS 13 beta and have no video output. Audio is fine, but all video output is just a blank black screen. I get the same in both light and dark mode. Anyone else having this problem? Suggestions welcome...

Running 10.14 beta (18A293u) and my Bootcamp Assistant opens to a blank dialog. I'm trying to reinstall my Windows 7 and I can't prepare a bootcamp partition.

I'm having a real problem here. Everything seems Ok, but i cannot seem to get the configuration profile installed. I keep getting the message that I need to install the USB cable and the 4K has none. I try to drag the profile to the device in both Xcode and Apple Configurator 2 and nothing happens. When checking mounted devices my Apple TV appears, but is not accessible. I need step by step directions for dummys. I've followed the Apple printed instructions with no success.Thanking you for your help in advance. Very frustrating.Ron...
It seems as if the iPad Mini 2 is no longer supported by iOS 11.3 beta 2. iOS beta 1 works fine, but beta 2 won't install. Checked the developer site and it's no longer listed. Any additional info? Thanks, Ron...

After installing HS 10.13.2b6 it booted into a ? Folder. Restarted into recovery mode and found my startup partition missing. My startup partition was named “root” and was password protected. My assumption is that the new High Sierra update removed the ability to access any partition named “root” whether it’s password protected or not. Luckily I have a backup and will be reinstalling it shortly. Any comment or suggestions?

I have a MacBook Pro (Retina, Mid 2012) with a 960mb SSD drive. Since installing High Sierra 10.13.2b4 I can't get it to shut down without holding down the power key. It just sits there and spins. I thought that maybe beta 5 (17C83a) might fix the problem but it doesn't. Anyone else seen this. There doesn't seem to be any other apparent problem. I've also notied that it's no longer APFS and has reverted to HFE+. Not sure when, but probably when I installed the new SSD.

I just noticed that I no longer have a recovery partition on my SSD. I'm running macOS 10.13.2 and when I boot into recovery it boots from the internet and not from a recovery partition. Is there a way to create a new recovery partition short of a clean install. I don't always have internet access and need the partition to boot into recovery mode. Thanks in advance for your assistance, Ron Fisk aka MicroDOC

I have two Apple TV4 64s, with beta 4 installed, both on the same wireless netwook and about 30 feet apart. One has a download speed of 56 Mbps and the other 13 Mbps. Anyone else seeing this speed discrepancy? I realize the download speed can vary significantly, but the slow Apple TV is always about 5 times slower.

I have a 750GB USB3 WD Scorpio Blue HD which won't boot my PowerBook Pro running High Sierra 10.13b4. It appears that the drive isn't powering up on restart. Anyone else having this problem and is there a solution? Thanks, Ron...
