I'm intended to implement a "maintenance screen" in the future, to inform the user that the server is in maintenance and it won't respond the user request. My question is the same as the title, how could Apple review that page? Put the server in maintenance state just for apple test that would be a bad practice for the users.

My company is trying to become an Apple Developer but Apple is not helping me. I already did the payment 2 times by browser, I tried so many times by the Apple Developer app that it is countless. Spent hours on the phone talking with Apple support and they don't solve my problem. Really disappointed, a big company like Apple with a so silly problem.
