Siri Shortcuts Not Working in Apple Watch

Tthis has been an ongoing issue since iOS 13 beta and watchOS beta. Error Message "Sorry, Shortcuts is currently unavailable on Apple Watch". This has been happening for months in beta and prod.

Siri Shortcuts Not Working in WatchOS 6.0 (17R5532f)

Submitted bug feedback report #FB6730561Siri shortcuts in app Alarm.com not working. Shortucts appear to not be syncing between iOS 13.0 and WatchOS 6.0. If, for example, I speak a command to "Arm" or "Disarm" my alarm system I receive a response from Apple Watch "sorry I can't do that on Apple Watch".

Two UX Problems with Beta 1

1. Putting the device to sleep is different from previous builds and there is difficulty waking it up except with Siri remote.2. Top Shelf doesn't populate from many apps including the TV spp.

Siri Shortcuts not working

Bug Report # 46519926Serious bug. Trying existing shortcuts for alarm.com, Tesla app or sharing location (or any other app that utilizes Siri Shortcuts) the Shortcuts no longer work. Instead Siri instructs me to set them up in the Home App which is wrong.

How will I be able to get the 11.3 release

i want to get the release of 11.3 when it comes out. How do I do that without immediately moving on to the next beta? Do I delete my profile on the device and when do I do that?
