Notification Sounds

On iOS 15 has anyone else noticed that sometimes notification sounds do not play? Works fine for a while and then nothing, returning again later ?

Unable to install ios14 beta 2

I have beta 1 installed and system has downloaded beta 2 however it fails saying there was an error. I have checked storage, cache and all ok, deleted download and started again but still no install. Any ideas?
