I just want to know the reasoning behind why there are two IPSW with same version and different build IDs.
Example: https://ipsw.me/iPhone12,3
Version: 18.3
BuildIDs: 22D64 and 22D63
Also, in future, on what devices this kind of two buildIDs will be created?
