I've developed an iOS app using SKStoreReviewController to request ratings/reviews from the user. The app is 1 year old and we have 700 ratings with an average of 4.8 stars. The strange thing is that only 1 in 200 users actually leaves a written review. (We have 4 written reviews on Apple). By comparison, on our Android app, we have about 1000 ratings and 600 written reviews, with an average of 4.7 stars. Does anyone know if the low rate (0.5%) of users leaving written reviews is common on iOS when using SKStoreReviewController? It seems unusually low compared to what we're seeing on Android. After 1 year in both stores, we're seeing about 90% of our daily traffic and user base is on Android. I'm guessing that written reviews are an important factor in ranking for competitive keywords. If anyone has any suggestions on whether this is normal or how to troubleshoot, then I'd really appreciate it. Thank you, Tom
