Cert is not paired with private key

I created CSR (by Keychain Access) from AppleWWDRCA.cer (which also created private and public keys), then send it to apple.developer site. Double clicked on downloaded cert and it appears in Login keychain ("Certificates" section), but it is not paired with private key. "My certificates" section is empty. What am i missing? security find-identity -p codesigning shows "0 identities found"

Annoying Siri Suggestions [iOS 13.6.1]

I have got disabled Siri suggestions (general & individual for apps), but everytime on locked screen it appears notoriously (for almost anything: safari, photos, ...). Never got that kind of problems in iOS12. Do you have any working solutions? I've been fighting with that problem for over a year now - it's so frustrating.
