Binary stuck in "Processing"

Hello, I uploaded a Mac build via Xcode, on App Store Connect it has been "Processing" for around 7 hours.. this usually just take a few minutes, anyone else having same issue ? Thanks!

Payment date for February 2019

Hello,I got financial reports for February 2019 yesterday, but I don't see the expected payment date as usual, insetad I see balance carried forward (I eraned more than $150 min threshold), anyone is seeing the same ??Thanks.
