I have a very similar issue with my app Sonic | Tone Generator. Apple App Store Review team has been holding my updates hostage since November (3 months ago). They claim my app is fraudulent even though its water eject feature has been loved by millions of people around the world for years. All my copy cat apps are updating and making progress now while I wait. I have logged an appeal but have no communication on that process. Is there any legal action that can be taken?
