Thank you for your response, but the issue still hasn't been resolved. The person who contacted me simply told me, "This app is still under review, please be patient." A one-month review period is really too long. What I actually need is just to know whether the app has been approved or rejected, along with the reasons, or at least the progress of the review and how much longer I have to wait.
