I’ve been trying to register for a developer account for a few months now. Tried creating a new Apple ID and tried 2 credit cards. I am from South Africa. My credit card works on iTunes and the App Store.
I told support this via email but they stopped responding to me after I gave them proof that my card works on iTunes and App Store.
Enrollment through the app isn’t supported in my country... Does anyone know what else I can try?

Hi! I have a problem. I recently signed up for an online clothing app account using Sign in with Apple ID. However, I am not able to receive any emails from them. I have forgotten my password, and need to reset it. How can I see emails from them? They are not forwarded to my verified email address (I have checked all folders including Junk).
Thank you very much for your help.

I got the message from Apple:
Hello,
Upon further review of the activity associated with your Apple Developer Program membership, we have determined that your membership, or a membership associated with your account, has been used for dishonest or fraudulent activity. Therefore, your Apple Developer Program account has been flagged for removal.
If you would like to appeal this termination to the App Review Board, you must do so within 14 calendar days. When submitting your appeal, be sure to select "I would like to appeal an app rejection or app removal" from the drop-down menu on the Contact the App Review Team page. You may only submit one appeal per Apple Developer Program account; any duplicate appeals you submit will be closed without review. If you do not appeal within 14 calendar days, your Apple Developer Program membership will be terminated and all apps associated with your account will be removed from the App Store.
We found that your app is in direct violation of the Apple Developer Program License Agreement, which states:
"You will not, directly or indirectly, commit any act intended to interfere with the Apple Software or Services, the intent of this Agreement, or Apple’s business practices including, but not limited to, taking actions that may hinder the performance or intended use of the App Store, Custom App Distribution, or the Program (e.g., submitting fraudulent reviews of Your own Application or any third party application, choosing a name for Your Application that is substantially similar to the name of a third party application in order to create consumer confusion, or squatting on application names to prevent legitimate third party use).”
During our review, we found a pattern of manipulative or misleading behavior that violates the Apple Developer Program License Agreement. These behaviors can include, but are not limited to, inaccurate metadata describing your app or service, misleading app content, engaging in inauthentic ratings and reviews manipulation, providing misleading customer support responses, providing misleading responses in Resolution Center, engaging in misleading purchasing or bait-and-switch schemes, and other dishonest or fraudulent activity within or outside of the app.
We do not disclose the specific findings of our investigations into Apple Developer Program membership accounts, and we have no additional information to share with you at this time. You can appeal this decision with the App Review Board at any time over the next 14 calendar days. When submitting your appeal, be sure to select "I would like to appeal an app rejection or app removal" from the drop-down menu on the Contact the App Review Team page.
Best regards,
App Store Review
I made an application called Simple Radio, taking Swift-Radio-Pro 4 from github as the source. Such radio apps have already been approved.
What to do in this situation? What to write in appeal? As far as I read such cases, most likely, the account will be deleted, which is very disappointing. I have 26 applications for iOS and MacOS and a year of intense work. I do not want to lose everything because of one application. Advise what to write in the appeal and what to do in this situation?

I am trying to enter my bank account details (KBC bank Belgium) but always get the error :
'The bank identification code you selected does not match the corresponding part of your IBAN.'
I think the Rekeningnummer must be wrong, but have no idea what would be the correct one. For KBC, I can choose from 50 different ones, all with the same address.
Is there someone who has the same issue or knows how to get this info or what I have to fill in??

Hi
I see that it's possible to convert an individual developer account to an organisation account but I am trying to do the reverse.
I joined the Apple Developer programme when I was working as a freelancer (non-IT role) and so set up using my limited company. I now have no use for this company and so have applied to have it struck off, which should happen soon. That means I am not even allowed to use it anymore, which is fine.
The problem I have is that I can see no way to properly delete this unwanted account, even though I haven't renewed the subscription, so it's already expired.
Rather than renew it I want to create my new Individual developer account but when I attempt to do so I'm told "Sorry, you can’t enroll at this time. Your Apple ID is already associated with the Account Holder of a membership."
I cannot remove my Apple ID from the old, lapsed account so can't progress with the signup.
Can anyone suggest a way forward on this? Do I have to create a new Apple ID? Hopefully not because its also the one that I use for all my personal subscriptions, App Store purchases etc.
Thanks.
Robert

Hello, where I can download the invoice for charged Apple Developer program subscription?
Thank you

My Apple Developer Program expired and when I renewed it, all the existing ratings and reviews on our App was deleted.
The same app version remained but the reviews were gone.
We have spent years working on and improving these reviews so it's a real disappointment.
Is there any way to restore them?

Hello, I'm on the release version of Xcode 12 (12A7209) and on the Big Sur Beta (20A5364e).
I'm trying to sign in into Xcode adding my Apple ID account but everytime i go to
Preferences->Accounts->"+"->Apple ID
A message is shown telling me that:
"Couldn’t communicate with a helper application. Try your operation again. If that fails, quit and relaunch the application and try again."
I tried everything I could find online but nothing worked yet.
Thanks

After I accept the terms in and press the next button during the Apple Developer enrollment registration process as an individual I receive the following error message:
"We are unable to process your request. An unknown error occurred."
How can I resolve this issue?

I have been trying to get into App Store Connect, but immediately after logging in I get a popup titled "Compliance Screening".
Screenshots URL - https://developer.apple.com/forums/content/attachment/591d4dd6-41f6-491a-9185-d1c25abf9335
The forms asks to upload a Photo ID to verify birthdate, then on the next step it asks about ownership percentage of the company. When I click next I just get a generic error message. It doesn't seem to be temporary, as I have tried this a few times over the past couple of weeks and always get the same generic error.

I'm considering selling my iOS app portfolio and would like to simply transfer ownership of my itunes connect account.
I cannot transfer some app using the normal transfer process because they are connected to icloud or have subscriptions. How would I go about doing this?

I can't create a developer account. Every time I try to enroll they tell me: you cant enroll at this time.
I’m fairly new to all this developer stuff I recently discovered someone had hacked into all my accounts I have been using android phones until about a week ago I went to AT&T and bought the iPhone 11 I figured after everything I had read iPhone was the safest way to go but already I’ve had redirected phone calls, my phone has factory reset itself by itself, it vibrates as if I’m touching apps and I witnessed apps being clicked like I was clicking them with a mouse or something, and last night I got a text saying my account password had been changed I also got one this morning, I contacted AT&T and spoke with one of the service techs and he told me that there was no such messages sent to me from AT&T at all. I am getting ready to hopefully send my phone in to Apple to have it diagnosed but I was hoping before I send it in if I could get some insight from anyone that has Developer-knowledge on iOS devices? I’m going to attachSome analytic data that I found on my phone that doesn’t look quite right to me if anyone has any idea please let me know I’d appreciate it very much thank you.

Logged in today to iTunes Connect and am greeted with a 'Get Started with iTunes Connect' page. Several icons (e.g. Apps). Clicking on Apps does nothing.
Opening a browser tab to developer.apple.com, then going into the Account section does bring up my account (already logged in). So the login above worked.
Anyone else seeing this?

Hello!
This is my first post!
I am launching my app soon. It is going through the App Review process but it seems that is has been rejected twice.
To give you a little bit of a background, my apps talks to a website that stores 3D models.
You can view the models on your phone. That's all it does.
Users can store 2 models, but they have to pay to store more. They don't pay for the 3D Models.
The app is pretty much a viewer nothing more.
Users can only subscribe using the website.
The App Store review came back telling me that I need to implement in-app purchases.
I was also told that:
- You can revise your app to provide users a free stand-alone experience that serves as a companion to your paid web based service.
Which I did. The app now comes with a sample 3D model.
This will require me to do a lot more developing as the app knows nothing about the users, there is no login, the app is just a light-weight viewer.
There is a clause in the Terms:
3.1.3(f) Free Stand-alone Apps: Free apps acting as a stand-alone companion to a paid web based tool (eg. VOIP, Cloud Storage, Email Services, Web Hosting) do not need to use in-app purchase, provided there is no purchasing inside the app, or calls to action for purchase outside of the app.
This describes my case if I got it right.
So is this a matter of just getting the reviewers to understand my app or am I doing something wrong ?
Any help will be very appreciated !
Thanks!

The newly updated App Store Review Guideline 5.1.1(v) states that:
... If your app supports account creation, you must also offer account deletion within the app. ...
The guideline leaves two important questions open:
What does it mean to offer the account deletion?
Is it enough to point the user to the website, email, ... or does the deletion need to be completed within the app?
Does Apple expect a simple account deletion (in the sense of inactivation) or a full delete-all-my-data request?
Is there a statement from Apple which specifies these details or has someone already receive an app rejection for it?

Hi, we are experiencing a problem with finishing the Apple Developer Enrollment. We finished all the steps including DUNS number registration but on the last step we do not receive a call from Apple.
We tried everything but still receiving an email from Apple saying they couldn't reach us. There was no missed calls and we even called to our mobile operator to check if there was any incoming calls.
The phone numbers are correct and works for any other call, including international.
Also we've tried to ask this questions directly in email but every time the answer is the same - We couldn't reach you, please contact us via web form.
Does any body had the same problems? What else we could do?

Is there any official deadline for apps to implement this functionality before an app update can be rejected if it doesn't provide it?
