I recently left a job, but no one removed my Apple ID from the company's Developer Program account. So when I log into the Apple Developer website I see the company's profiles and certificates. I have no use for being associated with this team, and to avoid any confusion or mistakes I would simply like to disconnect my Apple ID from the company account.I have Googled the issue; it looks like only the team admin can make this change, but as my former boss doesn't take these things very seriously (he's so far ignored my emails about this) I have doubts he will take any measures himself.I've removed myself from the team, but the company's Developer Program account and Organization still show up on my account profile.. I would like to remove these, but I do not understand how.Any help would be fantastic.

Hi everyone!Does anyone know how to get the link (URL) for ringtone release on iTunes? Even may be not seen from PC, but available from any iPhone that receives that link.The idea is to use it for pormotion activities on web-sites/web-mobile (similar to what we're all accostomed to on YouTube when you can find the direct link to the track under the video with a certain music track).Thanks in advance!

I'm definitely building with dSYM because I see the folder in the archive and when I submit to App Store, the option to upload symbols is checked. But when I look at the build in ITC, it saysIncludes Symbols: NoWhat am I missing?

I accidentally add tvOs on my app. With it added, when I try to submit an update to my iOS app, Apple asks for an Apple TV privacy policy. How can I remove the tvOS from my app? Thanks.

Hello,I just started monetizing my apps a few months ago and got a few sales. Never received any money from apple so i'm not exactly sure how the process works.I'm a developer located in Romania, where the official currency is RON. Prior to January the bank account i was using with iTunes was in RON. After reading through the Help files i found out that the minimum threshold is a lot lower if you have an account in EUR (10$ vs 150$). Given the fact that i do not make any real money and i already have a EUR account available, i modified my banking information. Prior to this change, all reports that came in were in RON. After this change, the last report (for February) came in RON and USD. What is going on? The total sum of the earnings exeeds 10$, but i do not see any "payment date" information. Has anyone faced this issue before?Thank you.

My role is "App Manager" in ITunes.Need help/steps to perform the same? There is no documentation about the User roles needed to perform this task.

Hello,since a few days ( i guess since the developer.apple.com Website was down during WWDC ) mySales and Trends are not working in iTunes Connect on the Website and also not in the App ( the App just crashes when i click to the Overview of 2 Weeks or more)Well, it's extrem annoying.What do do?Is there any way to fix that, or is that an Problem at the Apple - Servers?When i click on Sales and Trends in iTunes Connect it's just saying:"An unexpected Error occurred. I have a newly created company (in Denmark, IVS), which sole purpose is to sell apps on the app store. I have created a signed up for the developer program as a company, and now I’m trying to setup the tax info. When I try to complete the U.S. Tax forms I run into some problems.I pressed no in the two first check-boxes, saying that I’m not a US citizen or have any US business activities. Then I have to fill out the W-8BEN-E form, and I’m getting stuck in Part III, about claiming treaty benefits. As far as I can see, Denmark has a treaty with the US, allowing treaty benefits, but I’m unsure which of these check boxes to check. What happens if I don’t check them, will apple pay a certain percentage of my profit to IRS, which I don’t have to pay?Anyone have through this process and have some tips?See image of the form: http://http://imgur.com/a/3SYDc

I have been googling and looking through itunes connect but I don't see any play similar to the google payments system so I can look at and confirm purchases. I have someone emailing me about them paying for an item through my app but not receiving the item. How can I look up to see if they actually made this purchase?

HI,I am trying to loging to Itunes Connect Apps for the last 24 hours with no luck , i've tried Deleing Cach and trying from other browsers and other devices with no luck , anyone please explain what its happening . Thank you
If I try to submit for review it shows me an error because I have not added the screenshots.But in the screebshots field just said: "Using 5.5-Inch Display app preview and screenshots." (I know other sizes have this option, but the same message is in the 5.5-Inch section)The problem is that I can not drag the images and "Choose file" is disabled.The only button enable is "Media Manager", but has the same problemHelp pls!!!!

Keep getting '504 Gateway Time-out' errors when using fastlane tools to deploy an app to testflight from the UK. Is iTuneConnect working? I sometimes get a different error which says "Apple Developer website is undergoing maintenannce".. but it isn't.
Hi All,I'm currently setting up a paid app contract via iTunes Connect, however have stumbled upon a road block with the system. I enter my banking details correctly (as seen on the statements - including IBAN), however I'm prompted with the following message upon submission:"The bank account number entered is formatted incorrectly. Please correct your bank account number and resubmit."I have tried and checked the details numerous times, including an attempt to use an alternative account with a completely different bank (tried with both Lloyds Bank and Santander).The account number shown for both accounts is 8 characters in length with an IBAN code starting with GB and is 22 characters in length.What could be the matter here? I have ticked the "Auto-Renew Membership" check box but every time I log in to iTunes Connect, I'm greated with:Renew Your Apple Developer Program MembershipIf you do not renew your membership before Sep 28, 2016, your apps will no longer be available on the App Store.Previously I paid every year but this time I selected "Auto-Renew Membership".Should I be worried about the message?Thanks

Hey guys,When i try to press the request button next to my paid contract i receive the following error "The address entered has been modified, please verify the changes and resubmit", so i confirmed it is correct pressed save and it displayed the same error?I even tried changing some details ie. U to Unit and then i flashed and displayed U again with the same error?anyone else stumbled accross this issue thanks.
Hi,There is a link for the app page of appstore, in my app.So I want to know the url address of the page.So I goto iTunes connect, and follow the path as iTunes Connext-> App Store-> App Information-> Additional Information -> View on App Store.Then, https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/sutiawbapp/id1166499?ls=1&mt=8 <- I got something like this..but when I goto page of that address, it is English page.Default language is English, so it is OK, but my iPhone used to set as foreign language, and it is still goto US page in a foreign language setting.In this case, I like to goto foreign language appstore..it will be OK to use '> Additional Information -> View on App Store' link address ??Thanks 🙂

Hey guys,I am trying to transfer an app of mine into my company iTunesConnect account but are getting the error:You can't transfer this app because of the following reasons:
Sandboxed Group Container
You can only transfer sandboxed apps that are not sharing a group container.the thing is, my app isn't using the group container any more, it was in an older version but not the currently shipping version in the Mac App Store.does anyone have any experience with how to go about transferring the app?
