Hi, My question is not how to use a dylib but I am wondering whether if they are allowed to use in an app released in AppStore or not. My company develops c/c++ cross platform libraries to be used in different environments and now we are trying to use dylibs in iOS, so far we can embed them and call the functions from the libraries successfully, how ever when we submit the app including the dylib to the AppStore, the Apptore validation fails because of the dylib, We tried below ways, wrapping dylib into framework (dylib is inside the Frameworks folder of framework) (Result: Framework contains disallowed file 'Frameworks') wrapping dylib into framework (dylib is in root folder of framework) (Result: your app can't contain standalone executables or libs other than a valid CFBundleExecutable) converting dylib into a fake framework (Result: invalid bundle, framework doesn't support the minimum OS version specified in the info.plist file.) So, if the dylibs are allowed to use in iOS, we need a documentation about where to put them correctly that will make our app pass the AppStore validation, thanks

I've been trying to reach Apple Developer support since 6 days, since they wrote an email to me that they need to speak over the phone in order to proceed with enrolling into the Apple Developer Program. I've reached out to support via the page and it seems the only option is to get them to call me, which I tried many times, but doesn't seem to work for some reason, even I troubleshooted it with the carrier and they had no problems to call me. I also tried replying to the initial email and reached out for email support but haven't received any reply. I'm looking for an option to call Apple developer support, get an email reply or have them call me via a US number instead.

Hello, I want to ask a question: about the problem that domestic copyrighted music content cannot be displayed to users in non-China regions. Specifically: There are some music in our APP (copyright only in China). Our APP needs to be localized internationally to support users to download and use it in China or other countries. Shows music that is not copyrighted. Like this kind of demand, Apple generally recommends how to do it? Do we need to create a Chinese version of the APP and a foreign version of the APP separately? How to avoid the repeated application of 4.3 audit problems? How to achieve better international display differences?

When an iOS app is launched, how does it learn that its subscription (or free trial period) is no longer active? Must the app poll the App Store every time it's launched?

How can I make sure my app on iOS AppStore only show compatibility for AVCaptureMultiCamSession enabled devices only? I need to write a key under "Required Device Capabilities" in the info.plist file, but which key? I didn't find the key in the documentation https://developer.apple.com/library/archive/documentation/General/Reference/InfoPlistKeyReference/Articles/iPhoneOSKeys.html#//apple_ref/doc/uid/TP40009252-SW3

I'm a volunteer iOS programmer for a local church. I developed a giving kiosk app for them that works perfectly for their needs. I installed the app directly on their iPads from my laptop. The problem is that it seems like the app "times out" and will refuse to launch. I'm not sure how often, after 6 months? 12 months? I bring in my laptop, reinstall the app and it's good for another 6-12 months. Does it do that because the app is not published in the App Store? Is there any way to prohibit that behavior? Enrolling in the Enterprise Program is WAAAY overkill, since it's just a local church with a free non-profit developer account and it's just one app installed on 3 iPads. I thought TestFlight might be a solution, but as I understand it, that would force me to publish an update every 3 months. That's even worse than the current situation. Any suggestions?

We are facing the this issue with our latest release. It includes time sensitive bug fixes and has been "In Review" for almost 2 weeks. Previous Releases were reviewed within 2 days max. We also requested expedited review and received an automated reply saying our app is now in expedited review queue. Is anyone having the same issue with their updates or is it just our app ?

If someone gives a review about an app without commenting about it with text, will the review be private ? What I'm wondering is if the owner of the app will be able to see who gave a review, even a just a stars rating without text. Is there no feature such as «Hide my email» like with Sign In with Apple where the user's email is replaced by another one ? If anybody knows, thanks for the answers.

Will user default values will be cleared if TestFlight build is installed on top of App Store build? App is getting abnormal in some times when this action happens. But not sure if this could be an ideal reason. This action was not able to replicate when in debugging mode. please help on clarifying the issue. Thanks

Hello Apple I'm a software developer. My team and I, are using Expo framework to build cross-plateform mobile apps (Link to Expo website: https://expo.dev/). In brief words, Expo let us develop apps, and publish them in Android and iOS in an easy way, It provides a free app called "Expo Go". available in App Store. Any iOS user can simply download this app, and run the developed app inside it, by scanning a QR code. Recently, we've made a demo and our manager, tried to execute the app for the first time, using his Iphone device. He succeeded to run the app, for about 30 minutes. After that, he got a call, and his phone turned off suddenly!, and its not working anymore, even with recharge. Now, he thinks its due to our developed app or the Expo Go app! Would you please help us to investigate this trouble? We typically looking for a log history to check what happened exactly right before this incident. We can provide you with some coordinates about the device, or anything else needed. Note: We run the app on Ipad and android devices and didn't experienced any issue like this one. We would, also, know what do you think about Expo and Expo Go app, is there any complaints around it from iOS users. Thank you so much Kind regards

I’m able to select the widgets from my app on the simulator but they won’t appear on real devices. I already submitted my app with the widgets to the App Store and I already have that new version installed from the App Store, and still the widgets won’t appear on my iPhone. Is there some sort of setup I may be missing?

Hello, I would like to enroll in the apple developer program to publish my organization's app to AppStore. My D-U-N-S number has been issued more than 5 business days ago. When I start to enroll to submit the application, I input the D-U-N-S number which has been assigned to me. Apple tells me that the number is incorrect. But If I try to look up my D-U-N-S number, an automatic apple developer e-mail sends me the number which has been assigned to me and which I am writing during the enroll process. Could you please help me to solve this issue?

We encountered some order issue in recent 3 months. We were told some orders were false, while they were found the purchase processed successfully. We use https://buy.itunes.apple.com/verifyReceipt to check the order, but we can’t find it. But when we use https://api.storekit.itunes.apple.com/inApps/v1/lookup/ to check it, it returns that the user has finished the purchase. Anyone have this problem and how to solve it?

As per this link: "During development, the only way to get accurate download and installation sizes for your app is to create an app size report on your Mac. However, if your app is available through the App Store or the TestFlight app, App Store Connect provides the most accurate size information" But the app sizes generated by app size report on mac, app store (app size) and app store connect, do not match. In the below screenshots, the app size via app store and app store connect do NOT match, for each version, we expected the app size via app store to match the app store connect uncompressed size, but that's not the case, app size via app store remained same in both versions whereas app store connect uncompressed size went from ~40 to ~80 MB. Same discrepancy was observed with the app size report generated on mac. Can you pls help us understand why this discrepancy exists and what should be the ultimate source of truth when wanting to look at the IPA size?

I connected to App Store Connect with my private key with the curl command line that was specified in the Generating Tokens for API Request and now I want to understand how to process a JWT Payload token with the command line specified in the "Generating Tokens for API Request" and don't understand how to use the commands POST or DELETE, can you help or are you interested in forming a team to solve these process issues ? Can you give me a example of a curl command line that includes the json data of the request in the command or how to process the JWT Payload.json with the command specified to process the command from Xcode not from the Terminal.app ?
