Say an organization purchased a number of units via Apple School Manager or Apple Business Manager. Once deployed, will the original_application_version be available in the receipt on each device? What happens if the organization then purchase an extra X units at a later date? Will there be two different original_application_version depending on which purchased unit is installed?

The interface is so complex that I can‘t even find a way to remove my dec account from Apple. Anyone can point me out?

I have been unable to add the Organization ID in the app store connect under App Distribution Method - Private. It has been constantly giving messages "The Organization ID or Apple ID you entered could not be found. Try again." Have contacted Apple Support who reply with a standard copy-paste message that "try later as our engineers are aware of this problem". Has anyone come across this. Apple Engineers - please wake up.....

We have a single App ID in Apple Store Connect, which is distributed privately to different organizations. I have the following scenario: Customer A is on V1, and we have released a new version i.e V2. Now Customer A does not want to move to the new version. Can I simply remove customer A's DEP ID from the new version, so that he does not get an update but will he still be able to see the older version i.e V1? Secondly, is it possible to release different versions to different customers without adding new App ID's in apple store connect?

Hi, we have developed an app and distributed the app through an apple enterprise account. Now we want it to distribute it privately in the App store account. We have both AppStore and enterprise account of our organization. Do we need to change the bundle id of the app, if upload the same app for private distribution because it is registered with an enterprise account?

I am in the process of signing up as a business for a developer account and I get to the point where I receive the following message "Once we verify your authority to sign legal agreements, we will send you an email with instructions on how to complete your registration." I have not received a contact by phone or email for more than 2 weeks to continue with this creation. I contacted Apple's support team directly 001 866 676 5682, but they did not help me and told us that they have no direct contact with the development support team at "developer.apple.com".

So we have about 4000 devices and we have recently started rolling out ADE with ABM with Intune. We have done significant testing and now see this works. Our setup: Phones purchased via carrier Added to ABM Then we assign to our Intune MDM via ABM and the default profile is assigned to the device. Issue: This is not with everyone only a a handful of users. All users are in the default enrolment group in AD. We now use by default Outlook for iOS alongside Edge, Teams, OneDrive and Office app. The handful of users are existing and new users and some are using native apple mail setup and others are Outlook for iOS setup. So our Intune ADE profile rolls out to the device we are saying to existing users use your icloud data to bring over and new users dont transfer anything. Connects to Wifi and activates, then Remote Management config kicks in and MS sign in page comes up then into Touch ID then to iPhone Get Started. Once phone boots Comp Portal and other O365 are deployed the device management profile is already installed but when the user opens comp portal it wants to sign in again additional and take the user through a manual enrolment download another management profile again but fails as its already installed. Stalls the completion of the setup of the phone. Can you help ? This is not happening with every user just certain users. All iphones are SE and brand new.

I have purchased a redemption code from my ABM, Now I am distributing the code/link to my users. As my end user's are around the world. User's are from different countries are getting error message while redeeming the code like "the code is valid only in India store!" What's the solution for this situaion.

As I have published the app in private mode and I am distributing my app to my end-users with the Redemption code method, but there is a challenge that my end users are from different countries. As my ABM account is registered with India, And some of my end-user are from the UK while using the redemption code they are getting an error message that this redemption code can be only used in India Store. How to distribute the custom app to different regions users.

I currently have an app that is available privately in Apple Business Manager and I’d like to make it available publicly on the App Store, i can’t change the distribution method ... i’ve to create a new app with new name but i’ve to change the boundle id too or it can be the same of ABM app? Hi, We are on EE, who are less than helpful than giving us access to ABM. We are on a Business account and apparently we need a Corporate account to be able to use ABM. The trouble is there is no upgrade path from business to Corporate and EE are telling us we need to cancel all of our contracts, pay off the remainder of the contracts and re-provision 100 phones with new sims. Is there any way of importing devices other than relying on the supplier to populate them into ABM or plugging the devices in to Apple Configurator 2. We also have 13 iPads that were purchased through the channel, we need to add these as well.

Hi all, i have the following question: The normal way to distribute an app to multiple employees is with using the Apple Developer Enterprise Program. But what if you do not get an Apple Developer Enterprise Account? Is it possible to create your own Apple Developer Account in combination with your own Apple Business Manager Account to deploy an app to the employees? Thanks in advance

My app was set to Private and Organization ID was correct. Why my app isn't show on Custom App menu. And when I click "Get Started" button on Custom App, nothing happen. My App Store ID and Apple Business Manager ID are not of the same account.
