Please, anyone help - how it is possible to have unchecked 'Cleared for sale', Status is 'Developer Removed from Sale' and I'm still able to see such subscription in my application? What I need to do to remove subscription from sale in app?

I'm using showManageSubscriptions to open Subscription Management Sheet like this, but cannot exit by tapping to X button ( only exit by pull down sheet ) When I tapping to X button, it only animation tapping, not have any action

Hi Our app has multiple subscriptions that have been submitted for review two months ago some of which are cleared for sale and some are not, frankly the ones that are not cleared for sale are accepted while the ones we actually need which are cleared for sale have been in review since we submitted them with no way to reject/resubmit. We are unable to launch our app and everything is put on hold because we got nothing to sell! we have tried to reach apple but no luck they responded to our first mail with ineffective replies and stopped responding after that Is there anything we can do about that? Thanks in advance

Hello, I wonder if anyone can direct me to any information about how Subscription Offer Codes work with "Pay up front" offers... I have an active offer code which a number of customers have redeemed and have been charged for, however Sales & Trends in App Store Connect does not report any proceeds for these purchases, and the downloadable subscription report shows they were billed, but the "Developer Proceeds" field shows 0.00 for each subscription with that offer code. To clarify, this is not a free offer code, the "Customer Price" field shows the correct amount charged to customers. Are the proceeds delayed in some way when customer redeem an offer code? I've tried searching the documentation but can find little information. Thanks!

Hi, I have an app that was coded in app for a free trial for 4 days and then the user is to be charged one time on the 5th day. No recurring subscription. Since this was coded in the app as in-app purchase, how do I set this up on the app store? Set it as free and then it will ask for payment on the 5th day? I just now saw that there is a non-recurring subscription option too. Do I set that up, or will they be charged twice? Thanks for your help.

my personal iPhone was used to pay for a customer through a developer app which apple made compulsory to enroll. now my account is expired when I try to add a subscription it says a subscription already assigned to this developer, I need to change my subscription to the customer iPhone, but I don't see any option in the account or developer app?

My application got rejected and I've got this reply from Apple: "Your app uses auto-renewing subscriptions, but it is not an appropriate use of the service. Specifically, your app still offered its digital content as auto-renewable subscription, however they have an expiration date (date they will no longer be available)." Then I tried to remove them and added them to the Consumable type. But some of the items in the auto-renewable subscription are 'In Review' status. Is there any way to remove/delete the subscription items that status is 'In Review'.

We have an app with different auto renewable subscriptions, where let's say subscriptions 1 to 20 give a certain functionality related to a state and subscription 21 give access to the complete USA All subscriptions are annual When we have a user with a subscription for a state (1 to 20) who wants to upgrade to complete USA, we now offer the USA subscripton as a new one which works great but i want to automatically stop the autorenewal for the already existing state subscription for this user since he no longer needs them how can we do this?

I'm making app for both iPhone and watch. And when I validating receipt on iPhone, it is successfull and possible to get all the previous transitions. But on the watch when I validating the receipt it returns a status code 21002. I use the same code. What should I do to prevent this issue ?

I'm working on an app and an idea I have is to force a user into creating an account immediately after subscribing to become a premium member of the service (which unlocks premium content) for the user. I'm just wondering if this journey breaks the following Apple Review Guideline: "Apps must not force users to rate the app, review the app, download other apps, or other similar actions in order to access functionality, content, or use of the app" Do you think forcing a user to create an account falls under "other similar actions"? I'm struggling to find a subscription-based app that has the same user journey built in which to me suggests this isn't allowed, but I'm keen to get the communities thoughts. FYI I have explored other options (eg. making account sign up optional, removing account altogether, force user to create account upon installing app etc.) but I'm more interested if anyone knows if the above journey is allowed, or if anyone has any experience with it. Thanks!

Dear all, Our company makes A.I Camera equipment and we sell that hardware. Our users pay a fee for the use of the Cloud video history storage function uploaded by that device and pay for the use of some of the device's extended features. In this case, can I use another payment method in our country other than IAP? I would like to create a payment screen to let user choose which payment method they want, or using one of my country's payment gateway. I have read this article https://developer.apple.com/app-store/review/guidelines/#payments section 3.1.4 Hardware-Specific Content, but not sure is it correct. Is this valid and consistent with Apple policy? Thank you.

Hello I have buy new developepr membership and i have get email for purchase confirmation but when ihave go to developer account i have seen this. Purchase your membership. To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now. Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process. Please help me why it will show this if i have already buy the membership and i itune i have check and see the member is active and valid for 1 year. Please help me to solve this issue.

I am running subscription purchase tests on different apps, but I get the message "maximum number of free accounts", why am I showing this message when I use the test sandbox users? but more important! How I can solve having to use different test sandbox accounts anyway? Thanks Danilo

I am trying to add auto-renewable subscription to my app. the build is rejected by AppStore, they want me do some moderation like changing promotional image but I not able to edit that. I also uncheck "Cleared for Sale" but it's not allowing me to save or edit. Kindly help me in this issue. thank you for value able time. looking forward for your response

Good morning! Quick question regarding receipt validation when doing subscription restore. I do restore for subscription. My receipt has 10 transactions... after the restore obviously it will have 20 transactions in it. Do I need to sync the receipt with our backend for every new transactions created by restore operation or I can finish n-1 transaction and just send the receipt once for the last transaction? Will the receipt be the same for every transaction created by restore operation?

dOk Apple homies, I am disabled so I'm seriously needing to make nice indie iOS app developer money because I need to be a self employee. anyways my iOS app made me over 314 app units and Downloads for the month of April and it's now been 45 days since the end of April and I have yet to see Apple update my payments on my Payments and reports page, does is take time for the payments and reports page to update? Because it's not been 72 hours since June 15 which was 45 days after the end of April. and my Free trial membership was 1.49 a week when will I receive my app units * 5 a month or 6 a month(if you take 1.49 a week by 4) Contact email to let me know when I will on my website: https://max.umbrellahost.net/contact-link

When calling the SKPaymentQueue.default().presentCodeRedemptionSheet() method on live appstore app it will present redemption sheet and after entering the promo code in it is displaying 'Cannot connect' screen as seen in attached picture and this is after entering the offer code. instead of showing me code benefits associated with subscription plan it is displaying 'Cannot connect' screen . Hi, I'm developing an app that involves the user solving problems. I want my app to have a free trial, but I'd like that trial to expire after the user has solved a certain number of problems, as opposed to after some pre-specified time period. When the trial expires, they'll need to either purchase a non-renewing subscription, else some functionality limitations will be imposed. Given the above, I have two questions: I know that a time-based free trial is permitted by Apple, but is a usage-based free trial - as described above - allowed? If a usage-based free trial is allowed, are there any specific details relating to how this trial (and/or the subscription) should be communicated to the user?
