In Xcode 10.2.1, the option-click documentation no longer works: instead of type or method declaration, Xcode displays an error message. This happens with both built-in and custom types and methods.

I tested (with option click on viewDidload) ; it works OK in 10.2.1.
I just noticed that it did not work at first try. I cmd-click, got the pop up. Next try did work and everything seems fine now.
I have been getting the same error for the popup contextual help since I updated to Xcode 10.2.1. Also, the "Developer Documentation" window is empty of all content. How can I fix this issue?
