I'm getting 403 for feedbackassistant site.
Isnt working at all with/without VPN, so problem isnt on my side.
Can't login to report bugs via iPhone app.
Is any 1 having such thing too?

Does not work for me either... And the funny thing at a WWDC lab I was told to use it to submit our issue as a bug :-)
I just tested on iMac, it works without problem. And I can see all my previous bug reports.
Tested on iPhone with Safari as well, works OK.
Try to open the page using a Private Browsing mode window, it should work.
I believe removing existing cookies should also solve this "403 Forbidden" issue, (but I'd prefer avoid doing that).
Trying to submit feedback on feedback assistant for 10.15 beta (19A512f) and the feedback assistant just keeps running saying it is "collecting data". Once done I go to submit and it seems to never actually send.
