In the "Explore the new system architecture of Apple Silicon Macs" session, in the recommended sessions to watch, you have WWDC14's "Direct Access to Video Encoding and Decoding", but I could not find it anywhere on Apple's website.
If you google for it, you can find a direct link to the slides on the CDN, and an unofficial transcript, but no video.
There's very little information available about VideoToolbox so if you could bring back that video it would be very useful.
