Can't see sandbox Subscription Management page

I try to execute 1 point in the Begin Testing chapter from the documentation at the link above, but I do not see Subscription Management page. Has anyone encountered such a problem? How can it be solved?

I can't find it either. I followed these instructions: https://developer.apple.com/documentation/storekit/in-app_purchase/testing_in-app_purchases_with_sandbox/testing_disabling_auto-renew

Does anybody have a solution?

  • I'm running into this problem on iOS 12.5.3 on an iPhone 6. The instructions on this page say what to do for pre-iOS-13. I can see the Sandbox account under the iTunes & App Stores menu, but clicking the Sandbox account just brings up a popup to sign out or cancel signing out - no option to open a Manage Subscriptions page. Is this supported on iOS 12? If not, please update the instructions on this page since that's not clear.

  • I'm experiencing this as well on a ****** old ios12 ipad. Why hasn't Apple responded? Also, why can't subs be tested on the simulator - they can on Android, and notifications too. Frankly it's ridiculous.
