Has anybody gotten this error from the transporter tool before?

An internal error occurred in the web service while looking up the metadata with the specified <vendorid or appleid> of '<value user specified>'.

I'm trying to run the lookup metadata command so I can get IAP prices


iTMSTransporter -m lookupMetadata
