My Apple Developer Program expired and when I renewed it, all the existing ratings and reviews on our App was deleted.
The same app version remained but the reviews were gone.
We have spent years working on and improving these reviews so it's a real disappointment.
Is there any way to restore them?

Add a CommentDid you ever get your ratings/reviews back and if so how? I am in the same boat right now :( it seems really unfair that Apple would get rid of all the positive ratings for simply forgetting an account renewal...
