Calculate distance to recognized objects

Hello,

is it possible to calculate the distance from iPhone to objects which are recognized by ML models? If yes, how to do so? I suppose using AVDepthData is not suitable for measuring distances in real-time.

Perhaps you know projects doing so. Thanks in advance!

Hi,

maybe have you found out how to calculate the distance from recognized objects? I am trying to do exactly that with AVDepthData and the recognition doesn't work at all!
