what is duet expert?

Could your device be enrolled in some type of MDM (multi device management) which allows an admin to connect to your device remotely? I have the same issue (& so much more), & every time I factory reset the MDM software persistently tries to connect, & ultimately does. Check your files on your iPhone for any suspicious looking ones but don’t click on them because they could add to your problems, just delete them. You may see Messages View Service, Cache Delete Daily, Keylogger, etc. What I’ve come to know, from multiple/credible sources, is if your device is in someone else’s name, maybe a spouse has the account in their name, your device is technically theirs (verifiable by carrier & LE) & you’re just a user. That allows them to legally monitor, ethically/morally it’s beyond wrong & is a gross invasion of privacy, but legally, not. My advice is to have an account in your name only. If your phone is enrolled in an MDM, it’s unnerving what all can be seen. Just research Google endpoint, and/or MDM capabilities.
