After beta3 (ipad 11) spotlight, sire produce no results searching for any app local document or internet.

Reinstalled beta3 (with download image).

Raised a bug.

Tried the "change the language" or "change Siri search options"

15.0 (19A5307g) (iPadOS 15 Beta 4) fixed the issue for me.
