WWDC

Hello I'm a graduating grade 12 student and planning not to go to college next school year but I want to join the WWDC next year. I read that to get into WWDC, I have to be in school or any STEM organizations. Since I'm not going to be in school next year, my only way is to get into a STEM organizations. Ant tips or suggestions on how to join?
