I can't extract xcode in Macbook Air

I have downloaded Xcode 13.2.1 ( 10.75 GB ) from Apple website . But i am unable to expand the xip file . i have 36 GB free space .

How much space do we need ? @Apple

36 GB is not enough. You need at least 60 GB available.
