The operation couldn’t be completed. (OSStatus error -43.)

I was trying to free up space on my MacBook Air M1 2021 from storage management. I selected some large files and clicked delete. I waited for some time, but nothing happened. I again did the same, unfortunately, I am getting an error "The operation couldn’t be completed. (OSStatus error -43.)". Now I am not able to delete any files from storage management.
