Can not install TestFlight version: "This app cannot be installed because its integrity could not be verified."

  • hmmm I have this problem too.. I thought it's just me. I've re-created all certificates and provisioning profiles, removed old ones from keychain, but nothing helped. I tried it first in Xcode 13.1 and later updated to 13.2.1 but still the same problem....

  • Same. Our previous apps can be installed on TestFlight but the app we published today cannot be installed. We removed everything and created from scratch, but still couldn't solve it.

  • Same here

  • Hey Jason. I submitted a feedback report yesterday but my users are still getting that issue when trying to download my app on TestFlight. How can I get this fixed?

  • Please share the Feedback number here so it can be looked into. Thanks.

  • Just resubmitted. FB9941827 Thanks!

Same problem. In my case, the app installs successfully through TestFlight without the Safari extension, but breaks on TestFlight with the Safari extension enabled. The app itself is fine, runs perfectly on simulators and real phones with and without extension, just not through TestFlight.

Not sure if it's safe to publish.

Anyone with the onesignal extension having the same problem?

  • We have One Signal on our App, do you think it's due to One Signal ?

  • The guys tested it without extensions and it seems to work fine. I haven't taken this test yet...

  • it's not related to just One Signal. I don't use it and have this problem. My app only contains widget extensions

Same issue.

Same issue for my app.

guys, worked by enabling the external tests. I believe it is not a permanent solution, but temporary help..

  • I can confirm that we just tried this and it worked.

  • I've just created external group for testing and added myself and it's working for me too. Thanks.

  • its still not available for public TestFlight install

For us, it got resolved without any changes from our end. Apple (TestFlight) might have fixed something.

We added the build to external testing but that did not help intially. After few hours, both internal and external testing started working

Hey, I still have this issue, sent feedback (FB9938797).

  • Thanks for letting us know. It's unclear from the report if you are the developer of the app in question or not.

If you're the developer and you've uploaded version and still see the issue, please update your report with this information, and include a copy of the .ipa file that's failing.

If you're a customer installing the app, it's possible it is the existing version of the app, and it has not yet been fixed internally. Please check with the developer to learn if this is a newly uploaded version of the app (after Thursday Feb. 24), and update your report with this information.

I am a developer and this error is coming for my Application in Testfligh which we have submitted on Feb 21, 2022. In some devices only this error is coming and if we install an older version and try the new version as an update it will work. Also, post this step, fresh installation will also work in the same device.

So the question is if I release the same version to Customers, whether they will be affected?

Thanks, Abin

Hi, I still have the issue with application using Notification Service Extension :/ I sent a feedback.

BTW putting external testers solves the problem as said by @raphaeldcout

  • Thanks. Two things, please: 1. Post the feedback number here for tracking, and 2. Confirm that you have uploaded a new version of the app to Test Flight and are having the issue after doing so. Thanks, —jasonag.
