Im using code 13.3 and added deep link support, and associated domains links. Im using manual signing, and when i try to choose my certificate- i see this error and i'm unable to choose it.

what should i do to try and fix that error ? i cannot archive the app.

Associated domains are managed by an entitlement, namely the Associated Domains Entitlement. Entitlements aren’t part of your signing certificate. Rather:
Your app must claim the entitlement by including it in its code signature. In Xcode you typically do this by adding the entitlement to your .entitlements file.
Your use of the entitlement must be authorised by a provisioning profile.
Looking at your screen shot you haven’t applied a provisioning profile and so there’s nothing to authorise that use. To fix this, set up and apply a profile.
Or switch to automatic signing, which is what I do (-:
