How can I change the address of my legal entity from App Store Connect?

The status of my app has changed to Pending Agreement. So From app store connect and then Agreements, Tax and Banking section, it required to complete Canada Tax Forms. I am not a resident of Canada. But I have an address in Canada. Since I am not a resident of Canada then why is it mandatory for me to fill up the Canada Tax Forms? I think the reason is my legal entity. Because in my legal entity, I set my Canadian address. So how can I overcome this issue? I am a resident of the UK. Please give me any solution. It's very urgent. Because without solving this issue, my app will not live.  Thanks.
