Xcode 13.3.1 Archive issue , compiler errors in pods

I updated the XCode to 13.3.1 and my code is running successfully but, I could not able to build and archive the code. I am getting issues with pod files as below Command CompileSwiftSources failed with a nonzero exit code

I have tried all methods to update the pods, change the version in the podfiles and run build clean etc, but nothing worked. Did anyone face the same issues? Any solutions, please?
