I’m currently working on an e-commerce application that allows you to buy shirts. I was wondering how do I get the data like address and names sent to me for shipping purposes. Also do I link and account to receive the transaction funds?

Not sure to understand your question. As for any e-commerce, you have to ask user. What is the payment system you're going to use ?
You could also ask for email, and send back a confirmation code to validate the order.
And take care of regulations on privacy, like GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) in Europe.
Sorry. I guess what I’m saying is I’ve set up Apple Pay and I’m wondering once they hit pay with Apple Pay how do I get paid and how do I see who bought what?
