Banking apps (Axis, ICICI, HDFC) are getting crashed on iOS 16

I tried updating & re-installing all the apps after I upgraded to iOS 16 but still these apps are getting crashed as soon as I tried to open them. Please check the crash logs for more info. Please let me know if you need any more information from my side.

I am having the problem of HDFC bank App crashing every time it has been opened. Uninstalling and reinstalling of the app did not help, I guess an immediate fix is required from Apple.

  • Banking Apps - and your banking data with it - typically get hardened against code injection and code changes. This is pretty dependent on the ABI and runtime format, which probably changed with iOS 16 (like with nearly every OS release).

    Bottom line: Don't install an OS beta on your production device.
