Hello - I understand Apple recently modified their policy to allow developers redirect users from within the app to an external website to collect subscription fee payments for content to be consumed within the app.
Is there more documentation on how this can be done? Can I redirect users to a 3rd party payment processor via the in-app browser to collect payments for subscription fees?

If my "reader" app uses the External Link Account Entitlement, what is the preferred approach for supporting older iOS versions? If ExternalLinkAccount canOpen returns false can I link out to the website without the interstitial modal? Thanks for any guidance here!
