Developer related emails sent to wrong recipients

Hi all,

I submitted an app for review yesterday. Emails about the review process have been sent to an entirely inappropriate email address; that of a team member who left many months ago. They were not sent to me, the app owner, or to the email address associated with my Apple ID. Fortunately I have a catch-all on the domain and saw the emails.

I have searched through every setting I can find, and the only place I saw the email address was among the Test Flight users.

Is there any explanation for this, and is there any way I can see all the emails associated with my developer account?
