Apple Developer Enterprise Program membership has expired

We, ve reciving this message :Apple Developer Enterprise Program membership has expired" even if our membership was in autorenew. Can you help us for this problem and how can we resolve it?

Hello,

Were you able to solve this issue? We have been going back and forth for months with Apple, and the last word we got from support was that the enterprise program is being phased out. I find this hard to believe and I don't know what the alternative would be.
