MPNowPlayingInfoCenter is not working in iOS 16.1 simulator

Hi there! I was trying to debug my app on iOS16.1 simulator, but find out that MPNowPlayingInfoCenter not working in iOS16.1 at all, I also downloaded apple own sample project from this link Apple Developer Documentation: link still no luck, nothing appears in lock screen. is this a bug in ios16.1 simulator or XCode. Thanks!
