What qualifies as a STEM organization?

I have been reading about the "STEM" term, and it is still not clear for me how the Judges will determine if the school I recently graduated from can be considered a STEM organization.

If I joined in the code.org online programming learning can get approval?How much online learning time do I need to finish?

Or,I have a certificate of Chinese MSDN Library content, is this feasible?

Hi — Yes, you can upload a recent certificate of completion from one of your Code.org classes.
