How do you .zip a Swift Playground?

Assuming it's already on your mac, locate and select it in the Finder, then right-click and choose to compress. Wait for that process to complete and you should have your zipped file, in addition to the original.

If it's not on your mac yet, save it via iCloud, AirDrop, etc. then go to your mac and work with it there as above.
