Severe App Review Delay – Extremely Long Time Without Any Update, Business Impacted

Our app (App ID: 6738458141) has been under review for extremely long time, and we have not received any updates or feedback. This exceptional delay is severely affecting our business operations and disrupting user experience.

We have already submitted multiple inquiries through App Store Connect and contacted Apple Developer Support, but we have yet to receive a meaningful response. We urgently request an update on the review status and clarification on whether any additional information is required from our side.

Useless, they just keep saying "The review will take some more time. Once there is new progress on the status, we will notify you as soon as possible," but in the end, there is still no progress at all.

Who has any ways to help solve the problem of lack of transparency in the review process?

Same here, our app ID 777547370, "MyET MyEnglish Tutor". on Mac: submitted since 2024/10/15, then was IN REVIEW till now. on iOS: submitted since 2025/1/16, then was IN REVIEW till now. Tried support email for many times, now I simply got no response from Apple.

The review process for my app has also been ongoing in the same way. During this period, there were brief phone communications, but I’ve continuously been asked to wait for the result. It’s been a month already, and this delay is seriously affecting our market expansion and the enthusiasm for further development.
