Hello, I'm trying to switch my membership from individual to organization and filled out the form. After submitting the form, the page says
We’ll review your request and get back to you within one (1) business day.
but the issue is they haven't responded in a month. this happened twice so far and i contacted Apple support and they haven't answered yet as well.
Today, i re-submitted the form again and it still says the same thing. I don't know what to do. I want to publish an application and the process has stopped because of this.
